This apartment is a two flight walk-up, one flight of steps takes you to the main front door entrance, the second flight of stairs takes you to Cute & Cozy Brooklyn #2.
Please observe quiet hours between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is allowed inside the premises but there is a front patio where you can smoke outside.
Long term renters staying 3 months & more: CREDIT CHECK/ BACKGROUND FEE $25
